floor model machine comes with 4.5 Feet Height, completely stainless steel and is equipped with wheels for easy movement. it has 2+1mix option that is you can dispense two different flavoured ice cream and a mixed flavour. it has a decent output of 240 cones/hr and still consumes only 1.9kw power. its a fully automatic machine and it senses the hardness of the ice cream instead of temperature so you can set hardness of ice cream from soft to hard with 10 stages, here we have a small led display incorporated to display the running status of ice cream and number of cones you have dispensed.
TECHNICAL DETAILS: we use emerson (kirloskar) compressor and GE marathon motor, these both have 1 year warranty and the copy of bills will be provided to customer, this ensures that we have used a genuine and new compressor and drive motor. the other important component , gearbox is german made of skf bearings , cooling chamber is from taiwan and can dispense greater output with less time , the solenoid valves we use belongs to Danfoss British (the best of all) . The Mounting Block is USA Made with high grade plastic for durability. The circuit board is korean made and has no warrenty, so stabiliser is must
PERFORMANCE: our machines are fully automatic, just one click in the morning is sufficient to run for whole day. once the flavours are mixed in poured in hooper tank and switched on cooling button , machine starts its processes and delicious ice cream will be ready in 14 to 16 min (based on climatic conditions) the machine stops automatically . and now when you operate the handle, machine starts again and now you can dispense 20 cones of 60 ml continuously and further 4 cones/min . instantly machine takes more flavour and make ice cream and again shuts down when ice cream is ready again
PROCEDURE: premix powder of softy ice cream is readily available in all majour cities. these premix powder comes in a sachet of 1kg of about Rs. 100 to Rs.160 , this is premix with flavour sugar and stabilisers. you just need to mix 1 kg of premix costing with 4lts of milk and then stir the mixture well and pour it in hooper tank. you can mix two different flavours for each hopper tank and then switch on machine to make ice cream in 16 min .. now this mixture from 1kg & 4lts will make 82 cones of 60 ml and costs about Rs. 4.10 per cone of 60 ml including flavour, milk , power and cone. the selling price could be around Rs. 12 to Rs. 15 . by this you have good profits and returns
PROFITS: lets be clear on profits , you have profit margin of 7rs minimum per cone you sell, then if you calculate d as per daily sale of 250 cones with Rs.7 margin, your return of investment of 1,50,000 will be with in 90 days of your start up. so do not think much , just calculate and install a machine in good place ..
IMPORTANT NOTE: The most important a customer needs to know before purchase of ice cream machine is the cleaning part in maintenance . machine runs whole day and earns you income, your responsibility to words the machine is cleaning . you must clean the machine daily with luke worm water daily morning 5min and evening 15min. and weakly once with proper chamber cleaning .. this procedure is must since you we are using milk to make ice cream and as ever one know milk may develop bacteria if left whole nite , so cleaning procedure is key point for maining life of machine and quality of ice cream we sell.. (this procedure is automatic in high end models)
